Is there a big difference between "i love you" and "luv ya"?
Yes. i will say "I Love you" if I truly, deeply, feel it. I'll say "luv ya" if I'm trying to deflect your feelings for me, keep our relationship on friend status, avoid awkwardness, softly reject your advances, give you the hint you're coming on too strongly, give you the hint you're abusing the phrase, or try to cut that convo short.
Or maybe I really do 'luv" ya. ;)

I hope everyone had an amazing New Year's! :) I wonder what '09 will be like ..
The last day of the year, I sent out my form and payment for a dealer's spot at FWA so hooray! I won't have to rush to the AA this year. @_@; I want to make a couple of new prints but I need ideas. I'm thinking about something like a vintage movie poster theme. I'll have to look more into it.
Anyways, here's a commission I did for my friend Otter (thumbnail):
I love doing couple pictures for them.:) They're both so sweet. And remind me of my own relationship. XD It's always good to see that you can still find people nowadays who are hopelessly in love. :x It's corny but I'm just a romantic at heart. |

A commish I did for Waya & Vincent last week. :3 Hope everyone had a good Christmas. My family went to see Valkyrie, I had dinner with my fiance's family, and then my fiance and I went to see Frost/Nixon. I got mah history on, fo sho. :x

A new character I just posted on my FA:
I've been hard at work lately: making Christmas presents, setting up my blog, doing shitloads of commissions, writing Christmas cards, doing various graphic projects, shooting footage for possible video projects, and just marketing the hell out of myself. The time is scarce during the schoolyear so I'm devoting all the time I can to get everything set up. :) I'm happy I've been getting more commissions, though. Now I have money I can put towards saving for FWA.
I've still got a lot of work to do with this blog but I'm going to take today to just write some cards to people and then take it easy. Darling and I are going to a party with our friends Tray, Eric, Brandon, Jerry,and Allyson. XD It'll be fun to see them all again. <3

I'm pleased about getting so many commissions again. :) I was going through such a long dry spell~ ::sob:: I even considered picking up a --gasp-- crappy part time job for a little while. Lol.
This is a commish I did for Silverkun. I must say I'm rather quite pleased with my coloring job on this one. o_o

My brother just showed me a cute Sonic short; the animation is actually really nice:
Man, I used to be so freakin' obsessed with Sonic. That'll probably be the closest I'll ever get to furry. XD I used to run a huge Sonic the Hedgehog website with a friend back in middle school/early high school that ende dup being one of the *THE* most popular Sonic websites out there. . I met a lot of my first online friends ( though I've kept in contact with none of them ) through my Sonic obsession.
And inevitably, that's where I first ran into furry porn. XD I tried to get into it but just couldn't. So you guys can't get mad at me for not being a furry for lack of trying. XD Not mah thang, I guess. :P But I used to be a big Sonic dork.
But my brother said they .. got rid of .. Tails?! o_O IS THIS TRUE? I really hope not. ;.; He was Sonic's better half.
I also found a shirt at Hot Topic I really really want. o_o; I squealed when I saw it:

| Gonna change my major soon ... |

I've been sort of dismayed since Thursday: I got my score back from a test I spent two weeks studying like hell for-- I reviewed the book, the book website, took the online multiple choice quizzes, examined my answers, reexamined my answers for previous quizzes, went over old homework, and went through every review question.
I got a 67% on the test.
I had to restrain myself from doing anything drastic; needless to say, I was pissed. I couldn't even bring myself to take notes. I couldn't even pay attention to the lecture. For the better part of the weekend, I was just depressed. ( Read more... )
In other news, I went to LW's house (rather reluctantly because of said event) and had a lot of fun. :3 Malaki made delicious baked ziti and freakin' orgasmic biscuits. *o*;;
I also started working on some artwork for the con book and logo and forum and whatnot for RCFM! :) I shall post the sketches soon. :D
But for now, I have to go off to my Business Law class~ D: BOOO |
